Description: Wines for today, ‘the collection’ showcases beautifully crafted wines to be enjoyed in their youth, representing the vibrancy and purity of fruit from the Margaret River region. Wines that allow the fruit to shine ‘the collection’ comprises varieties and blends so well suited to the Margaret River region that are designed and destined for early drinking. Vinification: 70% Shiraz, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec Geographical Indication / Wilyabrup, Margaret River Harvest Date / 5th to 26th March pH / 3.58 Titratable Acidity / 6.5 g/L Residual Sugar / 0.7 g/L Alcohol / 14.5% Flavours: COLOUR: Deep red with purple hues. AROMATICS: Bright aromas of raspberry, blueberry and red cherry combine with vanilla pod and cacao on the nose. PALATE: Forest fruits, mocha and coconut flavours dominate the palate balanced by juicy tannins, fresh acidity and vanillin oak leading to a long-lasting finish. |
