Sandy Loam soil coupled with the hot, cold exchange that graces Lodi from day to night creates a utopic environment to cultivate warm-weather varietals including Zinfandel, Cabernet and Syrah. Description: A blend of Carignane, Syrah, Mourvedre, and Grenache with a brilliant salmon pink hue, this Rosé reveals aromas of citrus and a hint of floral fragrance. Flavours: Pleasant flavors of ripe strawberries, grapefruit and subtle watermelon, coupled with a dry composition, gently caresses the palate. The finish is light with bright acidity. |
