Stock Status: Private Order Only Per Case / Size: 12 x 750ml Intro: Nino Franco was founded in 1919 by Antonio Franco in Valdobbiadene. The winery is located at the foot of the Prealps, in the Venetian region and proud to be one of the oldest wineries in Valdobbiadene. Known for their Prosecco vine, the estate has been growing and evolving throughout four generations of producers. Antonio founded it, Nino expanded it, Primo improved international distribution and today, Silvia Franco is the future of the brand. Description: Brut - A blend of 80% Merlot 20% CabernetFranc. Vinification: Chairman method - Short skin and must contact at a low temperature to obtain the right colour. The first fermentation in steel tanks and the second one in “cuve close”. Flavours: A long persistence, creamy, brut but with natural softness. Food Pairings: Very good as an aperitif. Well paired with Mortadella, meat and mushroom dishes, fish or vegetable soups. Excellent with "Lasagna", Parmigiano or the typical Italian dish "vitello tonnato". Serving Temperature: 8° - 10° degrees |
