Vinification: In calcareous clay soil in the Guardiesi hills at 400 metres above sea level Winemaking: fermentation in steel vats Aging: 6 months in steel vats Flavours: The color is pale yellow with greenish reflex, the scent is of apple, pineapple and camp flowers with mineral tones.
