Sandy Loam soil coupled with the hot, cold exchange that graces Lodi from day to night creates a utopic environment to cultivate warm-weather varietals including Zinfandel, Cabernet and Syrah. Vinification: Cooperage: French Oak 15 months Harvest Date: October 1, 2012 Alcohol: 14.9% Flavours: Dark Garnet in color, the wine gives aromas of sweet tobacco and raspberry. The palate bursts with pomegranate and spice followed by a long finish. True to Klinker Brick style, the wine is balanced with juicy acidity and a fine tannin structure.
