The winery is located at the foot of the Prealps, in the Venetian region and proud to be one of the oldest wineries in Valdobbiadene. Known for their Prosecco vine, the estate has been growing and evolving throughout four generations of producers. Antonio founded it, Nino expanded it, Primo improved international distribution and today, Silvia Franco is the future of the brand. Description: Made from 100% Glera (traditionally called Prosecco) from the hillside vineyards of the classical production areas of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano at high elevation Vinification: Brut - Charmat Method. Pressing, destemming, cooling of must and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation in “cuve close”. Flavours: Hints of flowers, apple, pear and citrus fruits also in the mouth. Flavorful and freshness. Very fine and persistent bubbles. Very creamy, crisp, flowery and fruity. Food Pairings: Great as a refreshing aperitif. Well paired with pasta and risotto, fish and white meat dishes.
